An overview of the main issues is found in the CBI report The Border and the Ontario Economy. A broader regional perspective on the same issues will be presented in The Border and the Great Lakes Economy.  summary can be read here.

The ultimate goal of all research at CBI is to make the border work better.

This means listening carefully to public and private sector border stakeholders and translating the results of our research into better government policy and better private sector practice. CBI Executive Director Marta Leardi-Anderson leads our efforts to consult and coordinate with key government agencies and with firms and institutions in border-sensitive sectors such as manufacturing, agri-food and health care.
